When Wildstone Deo was launched with this TV commercial, Axe was the dominant player by far. Its global advertising campaigns were a rage and the sales registers were ringing in agreement.   

 

So how did a small local brand do a David on the international market leader Goliath? 

 

The answer was to think local. The communication tapped into strong and resonant local insights, communicated it in a nuanced manner and the rest, as they say, was a case study.
